Governance

Governance, within the IVEXSI framework, is defined as the structured capacity to ensure that decisions are valid, traceable, and aligned with standards of integrity and accountability.

In complex environments, decisions are not isolated actions but structural events that shape outcomes and introduce risk. For this reason, governance must operate at the level of the decision itself.

IVEXSI establishes Decision Governance as a formal discipline, transforming decisions into auditable entities through frameworks such as the Decision Log™, the Predictive Risk Index (IPRI), and the Decision Vital Signs Framework (DVSF).

This approach is particularly critical in the era of AI and autonomous systems, where the challenge extends beyond understanding how systems operate to ensuring that the decisions they produce are structurally sound.

By introducing a system-independent governance layer, IVEXSI enables organizations to evaluate decisions — human or artificial — under consistent criteria, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term integrity.
