Certification Seals, Certificates and Registry

Each IVEXSI Certified Professional receives an official certification certificate issued by the International Vertical Engineering Standardization Institute.

Every certificate includes two institutional seals:

• The IVEXSI Institutional Seal, identifying the certification as issued under the IVEXSI normative and governance framework; and

• A Functional Certification Seal, corresponding to the professional’s certified role and domain of practice (Planning or Execution).

The functional seal reflects the scope of responsibility for which the professional has been certified, such as Decision & Planning or Technical Execution, and the corresponding professional category (Engineer or Architect).

Upon certification, the professional is listed in the IVEXSI General Register of Certified Professionals, which serves as a public reference for the verification of active credentials.

Registry listings are published with the consent of the certificate holder and may be verified through a unique Certification ID. If a name does not appear in the registry, the certification may be expired, suspended, or not publicly listed.

Certification seals and registry listings apply exclusively to individuals. IVEXSI does not certify projects, works, calculations, or construction outcomes.

The combination of the certification certificate, institutional seals, and registry listing ensures transparency, traceability, and public verification of professional credentials within the IVEXSI framework.
