1. Purpose and Normative Status

This annex defines the official graphical representations of all IVEXSI institutional and professional certification seals.

This annex is normative and binding and forms an integral part of IVEXS-G. Any graphical representation of IVEXSI certification, governance, or institutional authority shall strictly conform to the seals defined herein.

No alternative designs, adaptations, reinterpretations, or derivative graphical marks are permitted.

2. Normative Principle of Visual Authority

The seals defined in this annex:

• represent institutional authority and certification status;

• serve as visual identifiers of compliance with IVEXS standards;

• do not constitute legal licenses, governmental authorizations, or statutory certifications.

The authority of the seal derives exclusively from:

• IVEXSI institutional governance;

• the applicable IVEXS standards;

• the certification status of the individual professional.

3. Seal Taxonomy Overview

The IVEXSI seal system is organized into three normative levels:

1. Institutional Authority Seals

2. Professional Certification Seals — Decision & Planning

3. Professional Certification Seals — Technical Execution

Each seal is uniquely identified by its official name, functional domain, and normative scope.

4. Institutional Authority Seal

4.1 Official Name

IVEXSI Institutional Seal

4.2 Function

This seal represents the institutional authority, origin, and governance of the IVEXSI standards system.

4.3 Normative Scope

• May be used exclusively by IVEXSI;

• Shall not be used by individuals or organizations;

• Shall not be presented as a certification of persons, works, or entities.

5. Professional Certification Seals — Decision & Planning

5.1 Vertical Engineering Architect — Decision & Planning

Certification Status: Certified Professional

Normative Scope:

• Professional decision-making;

• Planning responsibility;

• Decision governance under IVEXS-P standards.

5.2 Vertical Engineering Engineer — Decision & Planning

Certification Status: Certified Professional

Normative Scope:

• Engineering-based decision analysis;

• Planning validation;

• Decision accountability under IVEXS-P standards.

6. Professional Certification Seals — Technical Execution

6.1 Vertical Engineering Engineer — Technical Execution

Certification Status: Certified Professional

Normative Scope:

• Technical coordination and execution;

• Implementation responsibility;

• Compliance with IVEXS-E standards.

6.2 Vertical Engineering Architect — Technical Execution

Certification Status: Certified Professional

Normative Scope:

• Architectural execution and coordination;

• Technical conformity;

• Compliance with IVEXS-E standards.

7. Visual Integrity and Exclusivity

All seals defined in this annex:

• shall be used only in their official graphical form;

• shall maintain original colors, proportions, and typography;

• shall not be modified, combined, translated, animated, or recontextualized.

Any deviation constitutes unauthorized use.

8. Version Control and Updates

This annex is subject to version control under IVEXSI governance.

Updates may include:

• graphical refinements;

• additional certification seals;

• controlled visual adaptations.

All changes shall:

• preserve traceability;

• maintain backward compatibility;

• be formally recorded by IVEXSI.
