The IVEXSI — International Engineering Decision Governance Institute is opening applications for the formation of its initial body of Auditors in Engineering Decision Governance.
This initiative is part of the institutional foundation of IVEXSI and represents the first structured cycle of auditor formation within the System.
This is not a technical certification course, a consultancy program, or a fast-track professional title.
It is an institutional training and formation process designed for professionals capable of acting before irreversibility, in contexts where engineering decisions carry human, systemic, and institutional consequences.
Institutional Principle
An IVEXSI auditor does not seek the “correct” decision.
The auditor verifies whether a decision can be legitimately assumed.
This principle governs all IVEXSI training, standards, and audit practices.
Nature of the Auditor Role
An IVEXSI Auditor:

does not design projects or technical solutions;

does not execute works or operations;
-
does not replace legitimate decision-making authorities;
-
does not provide consultancy or technical approval.
The auditor’s role is strictly institutional and includes:

identifying critical or irreversible engineering decisions;

structuring decisions as explicit institutional objects;

requiring formal assumption of responsibility by legitimate authority;

ensuring traceability, accountability, and decision memory;
-
acting under uncertainty and pressure, without technical judgment.
Who This Program Is For
This formation process is intended for senior professionals with experience in:

engineering and complex systems;

critical infrastructure, aerospace, energy, mobility, defense, or large-scale industrial systems;

technical leadership, audit, regulation, or high-responsibility decision environments.
Applicants should demonstrate maturity to operate without technical authority, respecting institutional limits and ethical responsibility.
